Brenda Cadenhead

Brenda Cadenhead
Crisis Team Manager,

Okaloosa County, Florida

Brenda Cadenhead has recently been promoted to the Trauma Intervention Program (TIP)
Crisis Team Manager for Okaloosa County, Florida.  She has been active with TIP for five
years and has been trained as a scene coordinator and volunteers as a part-time TIP
dispatcher.

Brenda worked as the business accounting manager for a local automobile dealership for
almost 20 years before being able to stay at home.  She enjoys spending time with her
family and has one daughter, one stepson, and two stepdaughters--who have blessed her
with six grandchildren.

TIP is a passion for Brenda.  As a volunteer, she feels helping someone in their time of loss
and despair is a way for her to give back to the community.  She has also learned through
her involvement with TIP that helping a person or family member during their time of need
allows emergency personnel to direct their focus on the crisis situation at hand.
